Your dream house requires only a simple conversation to get started. Here at Haven Homes and Renovations we strive to give a personalized experience to every customer that walks through our doors.

We start with a, free of charge, preliminary meeting so you can meet our In-House Designer and General Contractor. The main goal of this meeting is to get to know you, learn your needs, and explain in greater detail our process.

Once you have chosen to use Haven Homes and Renovations as your contractor and a small design fee deposit has been received. You will then sit down with our designer where you can convey your needs and dreams.

After your dream house has been put on paper we begin the, free of charge, cost estimate process. For our larger custom projects an alternative Cost Plus method of pricing is available.

Once your dream house is within your means and proper paperwork has been completed the Construction can begin and you can see your dream house take form.
