There is no exact answer to such a question, however for a standard 3,000 sq ft home the average build time is about 8 months. There are a few determining factors such as stormwater and permits that may exend that time, but a good rule of thumb would be to assume about 8 months. We do our absolute best to maintain a healthy balance between Quality and efficency which is why our builds generally take a couple months longer than other builders may take.
If Haven Homes and Renovations Designs my house do I have to pay for revisions?
Absolutely not! When we start to design your house you get as many changes to the plan as you want. We will continue to change your house until it is exactly how you envisioned it would be. The only time a design change will incurr a charge is if you want a major change midway through the build process that requires us to change existing structures.
